Lamson Fish Spatula, Slotted Metal Turner, 3 x 6 In, Right Hand
6 sold in last 24 hours
- Slotted blade for fish, eggs and pancakes: The flexible 3" x 6" stainless blade slides under delicate food and drains oil through the slots as it lifts, so fillets, fried eggs, pancakes and thin patties reach the plate whole
- Ultra durable handle that goes in the dishwasher: The Midnight Black composite handle resists heat, moisture and impact better than wood, and it is fully dishwasher safe on the top rack. It will not crack, warp
- Left-handed cooks should pick the other model: This is the right-hand version. Lamson makes a dedicated left-hand spatula with a mirrored offset blade, built for how a left-handed cook holds and angles a turner, not a standard blade reversed
- Full-tang, riveted, not glued: The steel runs the full length of the handle and is secured with rivets rather than adhesive or a press fit, so the handle does not work loose under heat or leverage. Also available in 4" x 9" and 20" blade sizes
- What arrives: One right-hand slotted fish spatula, 3" x 6", with Ultra Durable composite handle in Midnight Black, full-tang stainless blade and stainless rivets, handcrafted by Lamson. Walnut handle, larger sizes

We are proud to say that after 179 years, Lamson still produces the finest cutlery, kitchen tools and trade tools made in America that aim at nothing short of perfection. Lamson was established in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts in 1837. As one of the oldest cutlery manufacturers in the United States, Lamson has been the choice of home and professional cooks as well as US Presidents for the last 179 years because of its high standard of craftsmanship. These traditions are true today not only in our cutlery and kitchen tools but in our barbeque equipment, TreeSpirit (Handcrafted North American Hardwood Kitchen Utensils and Wood Care Products) and HotSpot ( Professional Grade Silicone Potholders, Trivets, HotHandles) products.
This is a durable, commercial-grade tool, made of high-carbon stainless steel that runs right through the handle. The flexible 3-by-6-1/4-inch head features wide slots to drain off liquids as it handles vegetables, scrambled eggs, and other foods. Three nickel-silver rivets secure the durable synthetic handle. The turner is 11 inches long overall, is dishwasher-safe, and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack
